is no barrier between the Covid-19 positive and Non-Covid-19 patients area that will prevent the patients to access this area. 3) Employees who reported Covid-19 symptoms are not been asked to self-quarantine nor sent to be tested for Covid-19 before they are allowed to work. 4) Management questioning symptoms rather than asking employees to self quarantine or sending employees to be tested for Covid-19.
