The following risk of health hazards exist currently at the jobsite: 1) Personnel servicing the areas designated for patients who tested positive for Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 use the same type of personal protective equipment; potentially carrying the virus and cross contaminating of the Non-Covid-19 Area. 2) There is no barrier between the Covid-19 positive and Non-Covid-19 patients area that will prevent the patients to access this area. 3) Employees who reported Covid-19 symptoms are not been asked to self-quarantine nor sent to be tested for Covid-19 before they are allowed to work. 4) Management questioning symptoms rather than asking employees to self quarantine or sending employees to be tested for Covid-19.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 12
