Employee exposure to COVID 19 throughout the facility: 1. Staff who have reported being sick to management with symptoms of COVID 19 are being expected to work, often within close proximity to other employees causing additional staff to become sick with symptoms of COVID 19. 2. Staff
who have reported being sick with symptoms of COVID 19 and are unable to work are not provided with compensation for days they cannot work. 3. Staff who have been vaccinated against COVID 19 are told by management that their illness could not be related to COVID 19 because they have been vaccinated against COVID 19. 4. The facility's ventilation system is in disrepair and is not being maintained so that it provides inadequate ventilation which contributes to COVID 19 exposure. 5. There are inadequate hand washing stations in the facility to allow for proper hand washing by staff as a COVID 19 exposure control measure. 6. High touch areas including bathroom sinks are not adequately cleaned and sanitized as a COVID 19 control measure.
