Staff who have been vaccinated against COVID 19 are told by management that their illness could not be related to COVID 19 because they have been vaccinated against COVID 19. 4. The facility's ventilation system is in disrepair and is not being maintained so that it provides inadequate ventilation which contributes to COVID 19 exposure. 5. There are inadequate hand washing stations in the facility to allow for proper hand washing by staff as a COVID 19 exposure control measure. 6. High touch areas including bathroom sinks are not adequately cleaned and sanitized as a COVID 19 control measure.
