1. An employee tested COVID-19 positive with no fever was permitted to work with others. 2. The building is only being cleaned/disinfected once a week. 3. Company officials have been transporting crews without wearing mask/facial covering themselves and not sanitizing vehicles before or after use. 4. Company
vehicles, taxi cabs, and sub-contractors such as PTI have not followed protocols of cleaning vehicles before or after crews. 5. NS guidelines and leadership appears to be non-existent on the COVID matter. The guidelines should be posted at locations where employees go on/off duty. 6. Company officials and employees refuse to wear mask/facial covering even after the mask mandate issued on November 16, 2020. 7. Temperature checks are not being conducted at this location.
