long as they wear a face mask. 2. Trucks and equipment such, but not limited to, scanners, door knobs and computer equipment are not being cleaned and disinfected. 3. There is no hand sanitizer available. 4. Employees who may have been exposed to persons with COVID-19 are not required to quarantine as long as they are asymptomatic, regardless of vaccination status.

1. Employees are reporting back to work while still positive for the Covid-19 virus. 2. Employee use of masks is not enforced. 3. During management meetings employees are not distancing at least 6 feet from each other. 4. Workstations, and other surfaces are not sanitized.
