Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. At least one employee has tested positive for the virus, and employees who had been in close contact with the affected employee were not given the option to self-quarantine
and/or get tested; 2. All employees work in the same area, and it has not been cleaned/sanitized.
