Regulatory Report

There are over (104) cases of COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer is not doing contact tracing or temperature checks when employees are entering the building. In addition, there is no hand sanitizer available. Employees are scared and very concerned for their health.

Employees are experiencing eye an throat irritation from the chemical spray that is used to sanitize areas for COVID -19 virus during working hours. Employees are not provided the safety data sheet (SDS) and are concerned of the health effects from the chemicals being sprayed.
