There is an outbreak of COVID-19 at the ice cream shop and employees are still being required to come into work, including those that are sick. This is exposing other employees to the virus.

Due to being short staffed, employees with symptoms of the Covid-19 virus are required to report to work even if waiting for test results. There is a concern that employees are working while positive for the virus and exposing all other employees and patrons.

1. The employer is not enforcing the wearing of mask. The shuttle operators are required to transport customers in vehicles without Plexiglas to separate the passengers and drivers. 2. Employees are operating a 4 point vehicle lift which lowers without being activated due to a hydraulic leak.
The employer is allowing employees which have tested COVID-19 positive to work and is not informing employees of the cases. The employer is not practicing social distancing or requiring mask to be worn.

There has been a COVID-19 outbreak in the facility and there is a concern that the employer is not cleaning properly to reduce exposure. Also the employer is not enforcing the wearing of masks by employees and customers entering the facility.
