1. Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus, as well as other pathogens etc. due to there being only one toilet for employees and patients, and it not being sanitized between patients. 2. Due to the large number of patients coming into the center, employees sometimes have to wait 20 minutes to use the rest room. 3. There are no barriers between employees and patients, and the premises are cleaned only twice a week, and are not sanitized at all; disinfectant wipes are no longer provided for employees to sanitize their own work areas. 4. When a member of staff was diagnosed, and hospitalized, with COVID-19, the rest of the employees, all of whom had had contact with the affected employee, were not informed.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-09-24
