Potential concern implementing COVID Prevention Program for social distancing to prevent the spread between person-to-person and close contact (within about 6 feet) while working, enforce wearing of face covering, ensure regularly cleaning/disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. Also, provide employee screening and training with regard to the COVID Prevention... Program and provide notice to employees that may have been exposed once contact tracing completed. 1. Use of improperly diluted industrial grade cleaner without PPE by untrained staff. Cleaning gloves or proper masks were not on site. 2. The employer does not ensure that personal protective equipment ( face masks, gloves) are provided at no charge to each employee on a daily basis. The employer does not ensure that all employees including managers wear a face... mask continuously throughout their entire work shift. The employer does not ensure that all employees are informed when other employees are confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that contact tracing is done after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. The employer does not ensure that all bathrooms are supplied with soap and/or hand sanitizer on a daily basis. The employer does not ensure that social distancing is practiced in the kitchen and counter areas of the facility as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after an employee is confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. Applicable OSHA Standard: 5A1 General Duty Clause
