Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. The virus appears to be spreading within the facility: some residents who tested negative for the virus upon arrival have subsequently developed the infection; 2. At least 8 employees have become sick recently, and other employees, who had or could have contact with those affected, were not informed or tested promptly; 3. Employees, who take their own swabs for their weekly COVID test, might not obtain the swab from far enough up the nose, and could get a negative result when then might be positive.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-13
