Duke Energy reported over 2400 outages in the area of Lake Brandt Road and Lawndale Drive around 9:45 a.m. Those were resolved.

Then just after 10:00 a.m. more outages were reported near the Lindley Park area, resulting in over 3000 customers losing power.
