Where employees service small airplanes, they could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to the business continuing to operate during the pandemic, and the wearing of masks not being required. 2. Freight loads in excess of 5,000 lbs. are being handled using a forklift rated for 4,000 lbs.: at times, they have to put a person on the back of the forklift to counterbalance it.
