1. The employer is forcing employees to work in close contact, despite having employees test positive for Covid-19.
2. The employer claims to require face masks but is not enforcing employees to wear masks.
3. A supervisor in the facility had the 3rd shift staff stocking pallets

3. A supervisor in the facility had the 3rd shift staff stocking pallets
of merchandise in one single aisle on 7/18/2020. At least 8 employees were forced to work in close contact while stocking the aisle.
