The employer is not taking COVID-19 seriously and does not feel that employees are at risk. Some employees associated with people who tested positive for the virus, but they were told to continue working instead of quarantining. Other employees who have been sick, but did not get
tested for the virus, were told to continue working. Employees are not getting tested, which is potentially exposing other employees to the virus.
