Currently I have no hot water in my apartment. Maintenance was made aware. When I contacted the after hours emergency line and reported the problem I was told maintenance is aware and does not know when the issue will be resolved. This is unacceptable and in the
lease agreement it states the landlord is responsible to ensure adequate heat and hot water to the units. It’s cold outside and no hot water, my children and I are not able to take proper baths and showers. I pay way too much money in rent to ever have issues like this!
