I put in an border for two Kate Spade bags. I have ordered from Kate Spade on numerous occasions. I received my order today and it is not what I ordered. I called Kate Spade and they said this is a scam. This is very upsetting.

Like numerous other people I received a package from this company containing a dark grey wig (my hair is white). Like everyone else, there is no invoice or information to return the wig, not even an identifying tag with product brand.
How do I dispute the purchase or return the wig?
