1. The employer is not complying with the Governor´s COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are not wearing face covers in the warehouse, office, or manufacturing area. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing
face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Tourists are being permitted to not wear face covers when around employees.
