not more employees have tested positive for Covid, including those with limited to no patient contact such as the dietary manager, dietary aides, staff scheduler, and administrator. HCW's entered and exited the Covid unit after passing through the "clean" unit despite an entrance door is located at the north side of the building leading directly to the Covid unit. Nursing staff were observed wearing the same PPE from room to room without doffing used PPE, washing hands and donning unused PPE. Contaminated trash is placed in open garbage cans.
