The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-74 and 20-99, which include COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer has not trained employees on the contents of the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan. 2. The employer has not provided barriers or
allowed for spacing between workers who work within six feet of each other. 3. The employer has not established health screening protocols for employees to follow prior to entering the facility daily. 4. The employer has not established communication protocols for staff who may have been exposed to COVID-19 and is directing employees to return to work who have been directed to isolate or quarantine.
