1. Employees selectively wear masks, mask wearing is not enforced and most don't wear one. 2. No tape on the floors marking 6 foot distances requirements and no shields at desks to encourage social distancing. 3. Not provided with new or sanitized safety goggles to use when
performing duties that have eye hazards. 4. No COVID-19 guidelines provided to the employees. 5. Improper or no ventilation in the the building (hot, humid). 6. Hand sanitizer being used was made & provided by the company, hand sanitizer does not have a label or safety data sheet. 7. No health screening or temperature checks being done.
