I made an order with this company called RISHAKUM and I have 9 items that i ordered and the total was $38. so then when i emailed the company they claimed it was sent that i needed to wait a couple more days then i get this package with some ugly silk scarf from that los angeles company and i cant find a number to call or anything

Advertising a rechargeable, USB ported, electric plasma, lighter that requires no fuel, only electricity I got a cheap China torch lighter in the instructions are in the size of a credit card and it is all in Chinese writing.
