The COVID-19 unit does not have a COVID-19 policy or procedure made avaliable to RN or child care worker to care for patients that test positive for COVID-19. 5. Poor/ No ventilation and temperature in building is either scorching hot ( requiring the use of a fan) or freezing cold. 6. Staff are assigned to work isolation, quarantine and additional units in an 8-12 hour shift and are concerned about spreading COVID-19. 7. Management does not seek to safely resolve issues.
