1. Multiple employees have been allowed to continue working while waiting for a pending COVID 19 test. 2. Employees exhibiting symptoms are still allowed to work. 3. Employees are not required to wear masks while in the break room. 4. Management has not notified anyone of the pending tests or that employees could be at risk since tested employees are continuing to work instead of quarantining. 5. Management is unaware of how to proceed in the event of a pending test. 6. Cleaning and distancing procedures have not been followed as closely as required. 7. There is no signage to wear their masks properly (only that they are required) so employees have to constantly ask customers and managers to fix their masks. 8. There is only signage on the floor in a few places asking people to remain 6 feet away from the employee during checkout. 9. High touch points at registers have not been cleaned between each customer until recently as well as the fridge and microwave in the break room. 10. Employees returning to work were given on-line trainings from corporate to inform them of general COVID 19 but it was not ensured that employees were clear on the specifics upon return to work and some managers hadn't watched the training. 11. There is plexiglass at the registers, but it does not enclose the entirety of the exposure area between customer and employee, and the customer is not 6 feet away from the employee during checkout.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-17
