1. A member tested positive for COVID 19 and nothing was done. 2. An employee has COVID 19 and has been off work for 3 weeks. The club does not do any type of cleaning. 3. The positive case was not reported to anyone. 4. They allow parties for 100 people plus dining for 150 or more outside almost everyday and no one is social distancing or wearing a mask.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
