1. Employee was sent to clients home without personal protective equipment (ie. gloves). Worked with patients that had MRSA employer should have provided personal protective equipment. 2. Employer not providing employees with mask. 3. Employer not providing caregivers with training.

to COVID positive patients that they've had no idea have COVID. If employees get tested, they are threatened with being reprimanded. 2. One of the workers donates N-95 masks. Employees do not have proper PPE. The employer tells employees that the residents don't have COVID when they do.
