Aides only get one surgical mask per shift and N95 respirators are not provided. 3. There is no equipment such as thermometers, blood pressure cuffs, etc, that is designated for use with COVID positive residents only. 4. Residents and staff members have not been tested for covid since the first positive test. 5. Staff are not properly trained to work with COVID positive residents; e.g., one aide was wearing the same gown and gloves when caring for both COVID positive residents and those residents who are on watch for possible COVID (on watch because they refuse to retest). 6. The infected residents and healthy residents are cared for by the same aides.

The employer is not keeping track of who uses what equipment. People should be logging what equipment they use so we know which equipment needs to be sanitized more frequently. 5. Each department has its own break rooms and they still allow employees to go to break rooms that are outside of their department. Which makes it harder to backtrack where the employee has been if they test positive for covid. 6. The company does not keep track of who has had their temperature taken before coming to work. Even the people who take temperatures do not wear face coverings. Some employees don't even get their temperature taken before coming to work.

games and when you try to redeem the points you have earned the "certificates" or "certificate numbers" DO NOT WORK!
When I tried to contact customer service, several times, they do not even reply! They will send you a confirmation email saying a ticket has been opened but then you hear NOTHING. I'm furious because this is being presented on many levels as a supposed way to earn extra cash, even on articles about retired ways to earn money.
THIS IS A SCAM! They will get you to spend money to play the games thinking that you will earn more than you spend but you will NOT and NO ONE will answer questions at all.
