1. Many employees are not wearing masks correctly, or not at all. 2. Employees do not have to wear a mask when working more than 6 feet from of each other or outside a shared space. 3. Management is not enforcing the mask-wearing requirement [ref. executive order
2020-77]. 4. Home-made masks are acceptable, but the material is so thin there is no benefit in wearing them. 5. Employees can work within 6 feet of each other for up to 10 minutes at a time, sharing a workspace and tools. 6. Some individual workspaces have been set up, but they include shared tools. 7. There are many employees present that have other health conditions that place them at higher risk of infection.
