1. The Boyne City office has not taken seriously or enforced masks for protection against COVID19.The office currently has approx 100- 200 people working inside. Employees who work behind the lobby locked doors are not required to wear masks. Employees are sent emails stating to follow guidelines but then in person told by many in upper management that are not required to to because we are counting employees as family. The supervisor has said that the recommendations are 6 feet of space OR a mask, not and a mask.
