Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, LexaMar Corporation, 100 Lexamar Dr, Boyne City, MI 49712, USA

5 years ago business

100 Lexamar Drive, Boyne City, 49712 Michigan, United States

1. Non-compliance to the governors order for COVID safety throughout the whole plant. Temperature scanners are not reading correctly. 2. Employees high risk and come in a separate door from other employees. The station is not manned, but the woman at the other station can see on camera. She answers all the questions without talking to employees. Sometimes she answers them before the scanner is done reading. An employee scanned high she came over and said don't worry about it the scanner doesn't communicate with the question program and she just answered no to the fever question. She said she had 4 to 5 other people did the same thing that day. Employees have talked to supervision, dept manager, head of HR, head of safety, the GM, and the corporate hot line with no results. A dept manager said he doesn't have time to enforce it. 3. People not wearing masks correctly or not at all. 4. Letting employees in that scan over 101.4 (myself as one).
