1. Many employees are not wearing masks correctly, or not at all. 2. Employees do not have to wear a mask when working more than 6 feet from of each other or outside a shared space. 3. Management is not enforcing the mask-wearing requirement [ref. executive order 2020-77]. 4. Home-made masks are acceptable, but the material is so thin there is no benefit in wearing them. 5. Employees can work within 6 feet of each other for up to 10 minutes at a time, sharing a workspace and tools. 6. Some individual workspaces have been set up, but they include shared tools. 7.
