The employer is not enforcing social distancing or the use of face coverings to protect employees from potential exposure to COVID-19 in that:

2. Carriers do not wear a face covering when accessing the hot case area. Social distancing cannot be practiced in the hot case area where a clerk is two feet away to distribute mail and carriers are shoulder to shoulder to obtain the mail.
3. Employees do not wear a face covering when visiting the designated parcel area. Social distancing cannot be practiced at the designated parcel area when multiple employees access bins which are staged side-by-side.
