1. Safety measures are not being taking seriously by the employer or employees. 2. Employees are not being informed of positive COVID cases. 3. Employer is not properly disinfecting the plant, 100s of employees use the same restrooms, machines, computers, break-room, microwaves, turnstiles, HILO's, vending machines, and
handcarts. 4. Employees aren't wearing mask and management is not enforcing it. 5. Inadequate health screening of the employees, no temperature check, machine was installed but is not working. 6. Employer not enforcing social distancing especially when employees punch in and out of work.
