Employer has no confined space program to protect the employees that must empty the barrels of paper milling in binder area. Employees are exposed to crushing hazards from equipment is not properly installed and bolted down. Employees are exposed to computable dust. Employees are exposed to no guarding on the equipment including but not limited to a bench grinder Employees are not trained including, Haz-Com, First Aid, Emergency Evacuation, PPE and Blood borne pathogens. Employer is does not have LOTO procedures or machine specific LOTO of equipment to ensure that stored energy does not injured employees.

response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
