Employer is using a home fan to cool the unit with it setting on to klobus case maker. This unit may not grounded and is for home use. Employees are not being provided with PPE and sanitation for COVID-19. Employees are exposed high voltage electrical on a cabinet that has been taped open to prevent overheating on one of the HP web presses. There is also an electrical breaker box behind the binder that has no proper shielding. Employees are exposed extension cords in the area behind the binders that are being used as permanent power supply are showing signs of failure and damage . Employer has no confined space program to protect the employees that must empty the barrels of paper milling in binder area. Employees are exposed to crushing hazards from equipment is not properly installed and bolted down. Employees are exposed to computable dust. Employees are exposed to no guarding on the equipment including but not limited to a bench grinder Employees are not trained including, Haz-Com, First Aid, Emergency Evacuation, PPE and Blood borne pathogens. Employer is does not have LOTO procedures or machine specific LOTO of equipment to ensure that stored energy does not injured employees.
