Scam on what I thought was QVC site, Bell City, Louisiana, USA

I bought 2 lawn chairs for 49.99 never received chairs could not communicate with site. I later did receive a blue scarf I guess they wanted to prove something was sent. I ordered with my Visa Card never received chairs or could communicate with site.
