On March 6, 2023, I received an empty bubble mailer from Shipper Center located at 816 Dresden Ave., Louisville, KY 40215. It was a USPS first-class pkg. All that was in the package was a small piece of cardboard.

reviewing the tracking number, I saw that the item went around China for a little while, and then automatically shows up in Raleigh North Carolina saying delivered, I have not received anything. The order number is 3*** and these people need to be stopped as I just read another complaint which stated exactly verbatim which I had stated.
