Head of a department knowing they had COVID-19 and coming into the workplace and working in close proximity to other workers. Possible people affected could be up to anywhere around 30. One employee was possibly infected with COVID and had complications in their leg resulting in them
to go to the hospital, only then to be ridiculed by the head of the department, leading to the employee's departure from the workplace. Some employees think they may still be affected by this.
