An employee still came into the office even though they tested positive for COVID 19. The same employee was not wearing proper PPE therefore exposing others. Employer is not requiring employees to wear proper PPE. Since then, multiple employees have tested positive with COVID 19.

Not following Covid guidelines. There are no signs on the doors to wear masks, and there was not one person in the bowling alley or restaurant wearing a mask. Also, there were no sanitary measures in place, no cleaning or offering of sanitizer.

which is located within very close proximity to where registration staff sit; which could potentially become a HIPPA issue since patients waiting to be seen sit in chairs along the windows next to the patient rooms in the lobby. All of this required to be done while staff only has a cloth mask (which is all of the ppe that they have ever been offered) instead of being offered proper ppe such as an N95.
