Regulatory Report

An employee still came into the office even though they tested positive for COVID 19. The same employee was not wearing proper PPE therefore exposing others. Employer is not requiring employees to wear proper PPE. Since then, multiple employees have tested positive with COVID 19.

Not following Covid guidelines. There are no signs on the doors to wear masks, and there was not one person in the bowling alley or restaurant wearing a mask. Also, there were no sanitary measures in place, no cleaning or offering of sanitizer.
