They are letting officers inside the store to eat and sit. Employees have no paperwork to travel to and from work with this travel ban. They are not mandating employees to wear gloves during this coronavirus outbreak.

Thermometer used for temperature check reads same temperature for all employees. Employees displaying symptoms of Covid-19 are made to continue to work unless they're running a temperature. These employees are later testing positive.
