Non-essential employees (i.e. those not performing nursing services (e.g. HR team, corporate office employees, etc.)) are still being required to come into the office, although their jobs are not essential and could be performed at home. Executives are not taking the risks seriously, and have even told employees that wearing masks in the office is 'inciting fear', despite these employees interactions with nursing staff that have had potential exposures to COVID-19. The company is directly disregarding Gov. Holcomb's Stay at Home order because they don't believe Coronavirus is 'any worse than the flu.' These individuals are not doctors and have no right to act on an opinion that is endangering their employees.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-03-31
