In a small office, distancing is not possible. One member of the operations management team has refused, since at least August to wear a face covering, sanitize or allow social distancing. This manager requires the four people on her team to gather in small rooms together, with … See More
no masks (they are yelled at, ridiculed and mocked for wearing a mask by PII), for over an hour daily. The company continues to bring people back in to the office who have been safely working at home, therefor creating a dangerously crowded environment. The building itself was without water in the women's restroom for over 2 weeks before the company contacted the building owner to get repaired. To date 14 people of the 31 person staff have tested positive for COVID-19 after being in the office with no mask and distancing, the company has not made the employees aware that they were exposed on any of those occasions, it was found out from the employee themselves doing their civic duty to notify. After repeated pleas from a VP to enforce the face covering rule set forth by the company last summer, the bullying of those wearing masks and keeping their distance has created not only a health violation environment but a toxic one that gives employees the choice to either stay safe, or lose their jobs.

Social distancing is not enforced nor is it addressed in the company's Covid-19 Response Plan as mandated by Executive Order 20-50, Section 4a (iv). There are large communal tables that customers from different parties share and do not wear masks at, and there is no enforcement of … See More
social distancing in the store, as required by Section 6a (ii). Our store also does not have signage requiring customers to wear masks or face coverings as mandated by Executive Order 20-50, Section 4b (i). The business has put up a sign that reads "Wear Masks, Drink Coffee, Stay Well", however there is no clear signage that customers are required to wear masks upon entering the store. As a result, many customers continue to enter without masks on or do not wear them to cover their mouths and noses. In their COVID-19 Response Plan, there is a clear section stating that employees are also not allowed to ask customers to wear a mask if they enter without one, and there is no social distancing possible between employees and customers at the Point of Sale, as well as no additional preventative measures like Plexiglass, as recommended by Section 4a (iv) of Executive Order 20-50. As a result, employees are exposed to imminent danger, COVID-19, which could be spread to coworkers, customers, and families.

While picking up a carryout order on 9/14, several of the employers were not wearing their masks properly. The girl at the front register was wearing his around her chin, completely leaving her mouth and nose exposed. The girl working in the food area making the burgers … See More
was wearing her mask below her nose but over her mouth. She had on plastic gloves, but she touched her mask at least 7 times that I counted while I waited. After touching the area between her mouth and nose where her mask was, she then proceeded to make food without taking off the plastic gloves and putting new ones on. This is the 3rd time in the last several weeks that I have picked up an order at this location and employees are not wearing their masks properly.
