I ordered 4 sets as they were coming in sets of 3. 50.00 some thing dollars worth, never did receive them. I called them they said they must have gotten lost during transport. Was told they would send them through a more reliable source, still have not received them. Never got $ back either

I ordered Two items from ModernMint Web Site on 12/25/22. I finally received one of the products (Metal Shear Drill Attachment) under the correct tracking number on 2/23/23 (found out items coming from China).

a (Chain Saw Drill Attachment).
I complained to ModernMint Customer Services and was informed after they checked with China Supplier, they indicated that both items were sent in the same package.
My Response:
Impossible since the package and product box inside the package was only large enough for the Metal Shear Drill Attachment.
After providing pictures of package and box to ModernMint, I asked ModernMint to have the China Supplier:
Put the two items I ordered into that same size box I received and send me a picture to prove that is possible?
I have not heard anything back at this point 3/3/23. Most likely I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company!

Company not following guidelines pertaining to Covid. Management shares personal health information about employees who test positive. Masks not enforced. No social distancing. Most of the work can be done from home but management keeps people in the office.
