The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for Covid-19 including but not limited to minimizing contact among other workers, implementing telework when feasible for employees working at the facility and while traveling to other locations. 2. An employee
who tested positive for COVID-19 was working in the facility potentially exposing other employees to the virus.
