I received a piece of junk like a sleeve or brace that I most certainly didn’t order.  I’m trying to determine if I was charged on any credit card.  Nevertheless I’m not paying for it.

I received an empty envelope from online seller, 188 South Mountain House Parkway, Tracy, CA 95377. It says it is first class and mailed on 9/25/22 from zip 90021. WHY?????
