1. The employer did not develop or implement an Infectious Disease Prevention and Preparedness Program for Covid-19 including but not limited to minimizing contact among other workers, implementing telework when feasible or establishing alternating days or extra shifts that reduce the number of employees in the facility
at a given time. 2. Contact tracing has not been conducted with employees that has been in close contact with positive COVID-19 cases so they either could quarantine or get tested. There have been several positive cases in the last days.
