1. The employer does not provide PPE, gloves, eye protection, face protection, aprons for use by employees handling batteries, chemicals, acids for batteries and explosive lithium batteries. Employees exposed to chemical burn hazard. 2. The employer is not following COVID-19 CDC guidelines for sanitization of store surfaces,
exposing employees to potential Covid-19 hazard. 3. Skids are left on floor blocking emergency exits, exposing, employees to tripping and fire hazards.
