exposed to struck-by hazards. It was reported that forklifts are not being inspected prior to being operation which may allow defects to go unnoticed. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1). 3. Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards. It was reported that employees who operate powered industrial trucks are not sounding the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4).
