The employer did not ensure to implement and maintain an effective procedure for screening incoming patients. Ref T8CCR 5199(c)(3)(3). Description of complaint: Nurses are caring for COVID patients as well as non-COVID patients during the same shift. 2. The employer did not ensure to implement and maintain an effective procedure for reducing the risk of transmitting aerosol transmissible diseases by allowing employees to work with positive COVID-19 cases and negative COVID-19 cases during the same shift. Ref T8CCR 5199(e)(1)  Description of complaint: COIVD-19 patient's doors are being left open while occupied by the patients. 3.The employer did not ensure to implement and maintain an effective procedure for reducing the risk of transmitting aerosol transmissible diseases by allowing the doors to the isolation rooms/areas in which COVID-19 patients are housed to remain open. Ref T8CCR 5199(e)(D)8.  Description of complaint: Staff are not properly notified when exposed to COVID-19 patients or exposed to coworkers that become COVID-19 positive. 4. The employer did not develop, implement and maintain an effective procedure to ensure employees are notified of their exposure to a COVID-19 case during the course of their duties. Ref T8CCR 5199(d)(2)(K). Description of complaint: Staff doesn't wear masks while at their desks or at the nurse stations. 5. The employer did not ensure to implement and maintain effective engineering and work practice controls for reducing the risk of transmitting aerosol transmissible diseases by allowing employees to work at their desks and/or nurse stations without using proper respiratory protection. Ref T8CCR 5199(e)(1). Description of complaint: The employer is not properly cleaning elevators or halls after COVID-19 patients have been transported to/from procedures, units or upon discharge out the back staff entrance. 6. The employer did not develop and implement effective decontaminating procedure's to decontaminate work areas and other equipment after a COVID-19 patient has traveled through or been in an area where employees regularly travel through or work. Ref T8CCR 5199(e)(C)(2).
