Students are allowed to interact with teachers without signed exemptions and possibly expose teachers to COVID-19. This is occurring in classrooms 3, 7, 8, 20, 22 and 34. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(E) 3. The employer failed to ensure that children who have symptoms related to COVID-19 do not report to school to prevent exposure to employees.
